You can order easily using our online platform. When you find the products you need, you can add them to cart. When you are done shopping, go through the ordering process.
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still cannot make the payment, please contact us so we can give you alternative ways to make the payment and verify your order manually.
You can send us an email titled “offer request” and we will respond with an offer. Please note that this feature should only be used for bulk quantity price requests.

If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please do so before 12hrs pass from the time of your order. After 12 hrs your order should have already proceeded. Please check our terms and conditions for more information.

Our website is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and will not be available to third parties.
You can change the background color and the design orientation and you can do this by leaving a note for the designer in the relevant box within our ordering form. If you place the order without any note, our designers will choose the background color, design, margins, design orientation for you.
It usually takes 7 to 14 business days to receive your order depending on the product. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
Depending on your shipping address we choose the most secure and convenient shipping method to deliver your goods.
All our products are printed and shipped from the United States and European Union. Whatever is closest to you.
Photoelixir ships to most countries in the world but there are some exemptions due to legislative and logistic limitations. For now, Photoelixir does not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea.
