RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@photoelixir..com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Wrong Address ā€“ If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed ā€“ Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Cancellation of Order

You have 24 h from the purchase of the item to cancel the contract for your order. In this case, we will issue you with a refund, however, if you have already received the order, or it has already been dispatched, then you will need to return the entire order at your own cost if you have already received them. Please obtain the necessary insurance & proof of posting when you return items, Photoelixir will not be held responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If the goods are found to have been used or are damaged in any way, Photoelixir reserves the right to withhold the refund. If we didnā€™t receive the canceled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

Special note for the product that requires a design service:

The client can ask for a preview mockup before receiving the digital file if it is a digital product or before proceeding to print if it is a physical product, in that case, Photoelixir will send an order preview in the next 24h and wait for the client approval. If we donā€™t get an answer in the next 24h after sending the preview email we reserve the right to ship the item.

After the approval, clients cannot cancel the entire order under any circumstances. If the client cancels the order after approval he will get a 50% refund, the other 50% will be charged as design fees.

Design fees should be paid also if the client requests to change the picture after preparing the preview.

How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product?

How

Contact Photoelixir to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, return or exchange a product. You can do this by sending an email to support@photoelixir.com with your name and order number specified in the subject line, we will then confirm the actions that you need to take.

Defect or Damage

Where a claim of defect or damage is made please contact Photoelixir and provide a photo/short video proving and explaining the problem, Photoelixir will send you a replacement and notify you with instructions to deal with the damaged item. You shall be entitled to a refund of any reasonable return postage charges. Please note that Photoelixir shall not be liable for any goods that have been damaged due to misuse or are returned without their original packing.

Refunds

Photoelixir will process the refund directly to your payment card/PAYPAL, in no more than:

  • 14 days after the day the product is received; or
  • if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product; or
  • if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed Photoelixr about your decision to cancel your order.

Non-Cancellable or Refundable Goods (What you canā€™t send back)

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable:

  1. Anything thatā€™s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customization options offered to all customers), is personalized or otherwise canā€™t be resold due to a bespoke element.
  2. Perishable products.
  3. Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order.
  4. Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumerā€™s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus arenā€™t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Photoelixir reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
